Questions you might have

Whether you are a nurse or an NP, here is everything you need to know about working together.

Questions for both programs

How long are the programs and what is the format?

Both programs run six months with a clear week-by-week roadmap. Each session builds on the previous one across clinical confidence, time management, communication, stress resilience, and career planning. Content is delivered through live mentorship sessions, guided exercises, practical templates and frameworks, and personalized feedback throughout. You are never left to figure things out alone.

I have a very busy schedule. Will I be able to keep up?

Both programs were built for the busy clinician. Time-saving strategies, structured workflows, and practical tools are integrated into the curriculum specifically so you can work smarter — not harder. If you are showing up for patients every day, there is a way to make this work around your schedule.

What kind of support will I receive?

You receive expert mentorship from Jaclyn personally, practical tools and templates, personalized feedback during sessions, and guidance that is specific to your career stage and goals. This is not a self-study program — it is a high-touch mentorship experience where your growth is the priority every single session.

What results can I expect?

By the end of either program you can expect increased clinical confidence, stronger decision-making skills, better time management and work-life integration, more efficient charting and workflow systems, reduced stress and burnout, and clarity around your career path and future goals. The transformation is both clinical and personal.

Are these programs CE-accredited?

At this time neither program includes CE credits. However all content is evidence-based, clinically aligned, and designed to enhance both professional and clinical skill sets in meaningful and practical ways.

What if coaching is not the right fit for me right now?

The Confidence Call is completely free and zero pressure. It is simply a real 15-minute conversation about where you are and what options exist. If a program is not the right fit right now you will leave with clarity — and that is valuable on its own.

How do I know which program is right for me — the nurse program or the NP program?

If you are a registered nurse at any level — new grad, experienced bedside nurse, or a nurse considering the NP path — the Nurse Confidence Mastery Method is your starting point. If you are a practicing NP, a new NP, an NP transitioning specialties, or a nurse actively in NP school preparing for the role — the NP Confidence Mastery Method is designed specifically for you. Still not sure? Book a free Confidence Call and we will figure it out together in five minutes.

🩺 NP Confidence Mastery Method — specific questions

Who is the NP Confidence Mastery Method designed for?

This program is ideal for new NPs, NPs transitioning specialties, and nurses preparing to step into the NP role who want mentorship, structure, confidence-building, and evidence-based clinical strategies. If you want to feel prepared, empowered, and supported in advanced practice — this program is for you.

Do I need prior NP experience to join?

No. The program is perfect for soon-to-graduate NPs, new NPs already in practice, and experienced NPs looking to transition roles. The sessions meet you exactly where you are and elevate you step by step — there is no minimum experience requirement.

What topics does the NP Confidence Mastery Method cover?

You move through progressive sessions covering transition foundations and success habits, time management and AI clinical tools, clinical confidence and differential diagnosis frameworks, stress management and resilience tools, charting mastery and communication skills, contract negotiation and career growth strategy, and future self and 5-year career planning. Every session is practical, actionable, and NP-specific.

Will this help me with clinical confidence and decision-making?

Absolutely — and this is one of the core pillars of the program. Dedicated sessions build your confidence through structured clinical reasoning, systematic assessment, differential diagnosis frameworks, and stress-resilience tools designed specifically for high-pressure clinical environments. You will not just feel more confident — you will have the frameworks to back it up.

Will this help me negotiate my contract and plan my career?

Yes. A dedicated session focuses specifically on contract negotiation, compensation awareness, understanding your value as an NP, navigating workplace expectations, and building a clear and secure 5-year career trajectory. Most NPs enter their first contract without this knowledge — this program changes that.

Is this program a good fit if I am already experienced as an NP?

If you are transitioning specialties, navigating a new practice environment, or looking to refine your efficiency, workflow, and career strategy — yes, absolutely. If you already have expert-level time mastery, charting workflows, contract confidence, and a defined professional trajectory, you may not need this level of support. The Confidence Call will help clarify whether this is the right season for the program.

🏥 Nurse Confidence Mastery Method — specific questions

Who is the Nurse Confidence Mastery Method designed for?

This program is designed for nurses at every level — from the new grad navigating her first year at the bedside to the experienced nurse battling burnout, navigating a career transition, or simply ready to show up differently in her role. If you are a nurse who wants more confidence, more clarity, and more tools to thrive in this profession — this program is for you.

What topics does the Nurse Confidence Mastery Method cover?

The program covers the foundational confidence and clinical skills that bedside nursing demands but rarely teaches, including clinical decision-making and critical thinking at the bedside, communication skills for difficult patient and family situations, time management and workflow strategies for high-acuity environments, stress management and burnout prevention tools, professional identity and boundary-setting, and career planning and advancement strategy for nurses at every stage.

I am an experienced nurse. Is this still relevant for me?

Absolutely. Experienced nurses are often the ones carrying the heaviest load with the least support — managing complex patients, orienting new staff, navigating difficult team dynamics, and running on empty without a clear plan for what comes next. This program meets experienced nurses exactly where they are and builds toward what they want their career to look like going forward.

I am a new grad RN. Am I ready for this program?

Yes — and honestly, the earlier you invest in this kind of support the more it compounds. The first year as a nurse is one of the most disorienting professional experiences there is. Having a guide who has been there — and has the clinical tools and frameworks to help you navigate it — changes everything about how that year lands.

I am thinking about becoming an NP someday. Should I do the nurse program or the NP program?

Start with the Nurse Confidence Mastery Method. Building a strong nursing foundation — clinically, professionally, and personally — is the best preparation for the NP transition. When you are ready to make that move, the NP Confidence Mastery Method will be here to guide you through what comes next.

Will this help me if I am experiencing burnout?

Yes — and this is one of the most important things this program addresses. Burnout is not a character flaw. It is what happens when an incredibly capable nurse spends too long carrying too much without the right tools or support. This program builds the stress resilience, boundary-setting skills, and sustainable workflows that make it possible to love this career again — not just survive it.

One conversation could be the thing that changes everything. It is free, it is real, and it starts with you deciding you are worth the support.
